8 TRUCOS PARA ORGANIZARTE SIN ESTRÉS

8 TRICKS TO GET ORGANIZED WITHOUT STRESS

Do you sometimes feel like you just don't have enough time in a day? Believe me, I've been there too. But over time I've learned a few tricks that have really helped me get organized and, most importantly, reduce stress. I'm sharing them here in case they're useful to you:

  1. Prioritize what's important: I used to make endless to-do lists, but that only made me feel more overwhelmed. Now, I focus on 3-5 key things that I know I need to do that day. That way, instead of spreading myself thin, I can accomplish the essentials without getting overwhelmed.
  2. Break up your time into blocks: Something that has worked incredibly well for me is “time blocking.” Basically, I break up my day into blocks of time and dedicate them to specific tasks. For example, an hour to answer emails, another to work on big projects, and a little time to rest. This has helped me be more productive and avoid distractions.
  3. Get everything ready the night before: This was a game-changer for me. I spend 10 minutes before bed getting everything ready: my clothes, my to-do list, and anything I need for the next day. It's one of those little things that really makes mornings easier.
  4. Visual organization is a must: I'm a big fan of calendars and colorful lists. I like to use colors to prioritize: green for tasks that aren't urgent, yellow for important ones, and red for those that can't wait. It helps me a lot to have mental clarity.
  5. Tidy up a little every day: I find clutter very distracting, so I try to spend at least 5 minutes at the end of the day tidying up my space. It's not much, but it makes a huge difference: I wake up the next day with everything in its place, and that's a relief.
  6. Automate what you can: Repetitive tasks are exhausting, so I try to automate as much as I can. For example, I set up automatic reminders for important things, I have recurring payments for bills, and I use organizers to keep the things I use every day in their place. It's an incredible time saver!
  7. Don't forget to breathe: I'm one of those people who can keep working non-stop, but I've learned that taking small breaks changes everything. I take 5 minutes every hour to stretch, drink water or just disconnect. It helps me recharge my energy and not overwhelm me.
  8. Be flexible with yourself: Before, if I didn't accomplish everything I set out to do, I would get very frustrated. Now I understand that not everything always goes as planned, and that's okay. If something doesn't work out today, it can always be adjusted for tomorrow. The important thing is to move forward, not to seek perfection.

Have you ever experienced something similar? If you try any of these tricks, I'd love to hear how you get on. And if you have any extra tips, please share them with me! I'm sure we can all learn something new.

And here you will find my 5 essentials to simplify my daily life and have more time.

A hug,
