🛡️ Totis Basics Warranty and Durability Policy

Totis Basics offers its customers a double level of protection: the Legal Guarantee of Conformity and its own Commercial Durability Guarantee.

1. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

This guarantee covers any lack of conformity or original defect (material or manufacturing) that prevents the product from meeting its quality standards, in accordance with current Spanish legislation.

Coverage: It covers lack of conformity due to manufacturing flaws, structural defects in the fabric, or dyeing problems that are not a result of use.

2. Commercial Durability Guarantee (Totis Basics Commitment)

As proof of confidence in the superior quality of our fabrics, Totis Basics adds a specific commitment:

Totis Basics guarantees that the product will not develop holes as a result of normal wear and tear or friction during the first one (1) year from the date of delivery.

If a hole appears due to wear within this first year, Totis Basics will consider it a lack of conformity and will proceed with its repair or replacement.

3. Warranty Exclusions (Damages Not Covered)

Our warranty, both legal and commercial, does not apply to failures that are a result of manipulation or the action of external agents.

The following table details what types of "holes" or failures are covered and which are excluded:

Damage from Pests (e.g., Moths)	NO (Legal and Commercial Exclusion)	Damage caused by external biological agents.
Failure due to Poor Care	NO (Legal and Commercial Exclusion)	Any damage resulting from not following the washing and care instructions on the label.
Other Forms of Natural Wear (After 1st Year)	NO (Legal Exclusion)	Normal deterioration such as pilling (ball formation), gradual loss of luster, or slight deformation after the first year.

4. Claim Procedure

Notification: If you detect a covered lack of conformity, you must notify Totis Basics within a period not exceeding two (2) months from when you became aware of the defect.
Contact: Send an email to hola@totisbasics.com attaching: purchase invoice, detailed description of the problem, and clear photographs of the failure.
Resolution: Once the defect is verified, Totis Basics will prioritize the repair or replacement of the product.
